Dr. the Honourable Chung Sze-vuen, C.B.E. J.P.
Dr. Chung has a long and distinguished career as an industrialist
and in the amount of time he has devoted to the public service.
He first served on the Legislative Council in 1965, has been
Senior Unofficial Member of the Council since 1974 and a member of
Executive Council since 1972.

He has rendered outstanding service to the community, notably
in higher technical education and the development of productivity and
management skills. de is Chairman of the Polytechnic Board of
Governors and the Productivity Council, and past or present member of
many other boards and committees.

The Honourable David Akers-Jones, J.P.
Mr. Akers-Jones joined the Hong Kong Government as an
Administrative Officer in 1957, following four years service in Malaya.
He has spent the larger part of his time in Hong Kong in the
New Territories Administration and has been Secretary for the New
Territories since April, 1974.
He is a hardworking and sympathetic administrator, sensitive
to the needs of those with whom he has to deal, and much respected,
particularly by the people of the New Territories.

The Honourable David Wylie McDonald, J.P.
Mr. McDonald joined the Hong Kong Government in 1955 as an
Architect. He was appointed Principal Government Architect in 1972,
Director of Building Development in 1973 and Director of Public Works
in 1974.
