Earlier, Lady MacLehose visited the Tsz Fan Shan ted
Cross School which is also an organisation catering to the needs of
underprivileged children.
Managed by the Hong Kong Red Cross, the school provides
for 90 physically disabled children, many of then multiple-
handicapped, an all-round education compatible with their capacity.
During her tour of the school, Lady MacLehose saw pupils
taking lessons in water colour painting, mathematics, chinese and
handicraft.
Lady MacLehose was conducted on her tour by Mrs. Ian
Ma Fung-Yan, principal of the school, Mr. C.T. Cheng, Chairman of
the schools Management Committee, Hong Kong Red Cross and hrs.
