C.P.M. (Colonial Police Medal)
Sergeant Pang Di-ling
Mr. Pang joined the Hong Kong Police Reserve as a Constable--in
1946.
In 1972, he was promoted to Sergeant (Auxiliary).
Throughout
his long service, Mr. Pang devoted a great deal of his time and his
energy to his duties as a member of the Auxiliary Police Force.

Mr. Albert Philip
Mr. Philip joined the Royal Hong Kong Police Force as an
Inspector in 1957 following service as a Police Lieutenant during the
Emergency in Malaya.
He was promoted to Senior Inspector in November 1965 and to
Superintendent in February 1971.
Mr. Philip's service in various Branches of the Police Force
has been marked by abundant energy, determination and loyalty.

Mr. Fong Sik-fun
Mr.
Principal Fireman Fong has served in the Fire Services for
24 years and has constantly shown a high standard of efficiency.
Fong has been in charge of a remote station.

Mr. Wong Ka-wah
Principal Fireman Wong has served for 26 years in both fire
and ambulance echelons and at all times, has demonstrated a keen sense of
responsibility and high standard of efficiency.
