Mr. David Michael Holroyd
Mr. Holdroyd joined the Force in 1958 and was promoted to
Superintendent in 1971.
In 1974, Mr. Holdroyd was posted to the Police Tactical Unit
as the Deputy Commandant with a special responsibility for training; the
Special Duties Unit, the Force counter terrorist unit.

Miss Esther Hun; Man-yan
Miss Hun was enlisted as a recruit in 1965. In 11 years sho
has advanced from the rank of curs table to Chief Ins xctor.

Miss hun; was one of the original recruits who volunteered to
join the Force when it was decided to ungage women for cortunication
duties. She has been a competent communicator and has also acquitted
herself in general police duties with the highest sense of huty, example
and integrity.

Mr. Loo joined the Royal Hong Kong lice Force in 1952. He was
promoted to Corporal in 1958 and regraded to his present rank of Sergeant
in 1971. His entire service has been in the Uniform ranch of the Force,
