Most of his service has been with the Police. He has been the officer-
in-charge of the Registry of Kowloon Police Headquarters since 1969.
Throughout his service Ir. Mn has been a first-class Clerical
officer and his service has been marke! by a high degree of reliability
and loyalty.

Mr. Mak Chun-keung
Mr. Mak joined the General Clerical Service in 1946. He has
serve with the Royal Hong Kong Police Force for many years and has given
excellent service.

Mr. Shek Kan
Mr. Shek was first appointed as a Serran at the Government
Dockyard in 1946. He was promoted to Coxswain in 1953 and Bontswain in
1967.
He is responsible for the day-to-day management of the deck
staff who ran the Government flect and is thus an extremely important
link between the management and the launch crews at the Government Dockyard.

Mr. Wai Yiu-tɔng
Mr. Wai has spent his 26 years service in the Waterworks Office.
He has always been a keen and reliable officer who has always shown
commendable enthusiasm for all aspects of his work.
