Mr. Tsang Tat-sing
Mr. Tsang first joined the Hong Kong Government service as an
Interpreter/Translator in 1951,
In 1955, he was transforred to the Registry of Trade Unions
end has served there since.
¡ir. Tsang, has risen through the ranks to Deputy Registrer and
finally to Registrar of Trade Unions. He retired this year.
In his 21 years service with the Registry of Trade Unions,
Mr. Tsang made a significant contribution to the encouragement of trade
union activities in Hong Kong.

Mr. Awok has had an outstandingly consistent record throughout
his service for loyal and efficient service.

Er. Liu joined the rrison Service in 1946 and has served during

the past 30 years mostly in training centres dealing with young offenders.
Throughout his period of service, his devotion to duty has been
consistently outstanding.
