Mr. Sham Fad
Mr. Sham joined the Hong Kong Government as a Clerical Officer
in 1938. He was promoted to Executive Officer in April 1950.

He became an Assistant Registrar in 1957 and Senior Assistant
Registrar in 1964. The latter post is the most senior post in the
Registrar General's Department open to a non-legal officer.
Throughout his career Mr, Shan has displayed initiative and
administrative ability of an exceptionally high order.

Mr. Tong has been the Chief Editor of the Sing Tao Wan Pao,
the Chinese evening newspaper with the largest circulation, for more than
twenty years,
He is the Managing Director of the Hong Kong Chinose Cultural
Enterprise Limited and is also the Chief Editor of "Family Life" which
is one of the established Chinese magazines in Hong Kong.
Mr. Tong is active in cultural circles in Hong Kong: he is
the Chairman of the Hong Kong Tong Clansman Association and an Adviser
to the Hong Kong Five Districts Industry and Commerce Association.
