Her services to the welfare and the education of the blind
have been outstanding.
Mrs. Cassels left Hong Kong in June 1976.

Mrs. Winnie Chan
Mrs. Chan has devoted over forty years to community work in
Hong Kong. She is influential and well-respected and a prominent figure
amongst the women leaders.

Mrs. Chan was one of the founder members of the H.K. Chinese
Women's Club and a promoter of the H.K. Juvenile Care Centre.
Hon. President of the South China Athletic Association.

Mr. Robert Kohan Cheng
Mr. Cheng joined the Government in 1949 a:3 was transferred to
the Printing Departrent in 1952. He was appointed Assistant Government
Printer in 1970,
In recent years, Mr. Cheng has played a very active and
energetic role on the Printing Industry Board of the Hong Kong Training
Council.
He has been active in counselling the Board on the requirements
for the newly established Printing Department of the Kwun Tong Technical
Institute.

Mr. Robert Frederick Kenneth Jones, E.D.
Mr. Jones has looked after the finances of two of the most
important Government-subvented medical institutions, the Hong Kong
Anti-Tuberculosis & Thoracio Diseases Association and the Hong Kong
Anti-Cancer Society for many yea. 5.
