Mr. Wong is an industrialist who has given freely his time
and experience to assist the development of commerce and industry by
his representation on important committees and boards in both the private
and public sectors.
He has been a member of the Trade and Industry Advisory Board

since 1973 and a member of the Trade Development Council since 1972 in
which his experience and knowledge of commerce and industry have been
valuable.

Mr. Tom Ecob, J.P.
Mr. Ecob joined the Prison Service in October 1947 as a Prison
Officer after serving in the Armed Forces. He has risen through the
ranks and was appointed as Deputy Commissioner of risons in January 1972.
Mr. Ecob has made a significant contribution as Deputy,
particularly during a ti of considerable re-organisation in the Prisons
Departuunt.

Mr. John Linthwaite
lir. Linthwaite came to Hong Kong in 1964 as a Senior Executive
Offider after 17 years service in the U.K. Hone Civil Service. He has
been Secretary of seven departments.. He was promoted to Chief Executive
Officer in 1973 and transferred to the Administrative Service in 1976.
Since 1974, Mr. Linthwaite has been the head of all the General
Grades staff in the Government,
