Mr. Willian Dorward, J.P.
Mr. Dorward joined the Hong Kong Government in 1954. He
has served in the Commerce and Industry Department since 1957 and has
risen to the rank of Deputy Director.
Mr. Dorward has had wide experience of the work of the
Department and in recent years has specialised in the field of external
commercial relations.

Mr. Gordon Evershed Lyth, J.P,
Mr. Lyth served in the United Kingdom Inland Revenue Department
from 1938 to 1949, except for the war years when he served in Her
Majesty's Forces.
After service in Malaya and Kenya; he was posted to Hong Kong
in 1961. He rose to Deputy Director of the Audit Department in 1970
and was promoted Director in 1973.

Mr. Wilfred Hillier Newton
Mr. Newton came to Hong Kong in February 1967 as the first
Executive Director of the Hong Kong Productivity Council. He organized
and built up the Productivity Centre which serves as the executive arm
of the Productivity Council,
During his nine years service, Mr. Newton provided excellent leadership
to the Productivity Centre and contributed significantly towards the
raising of productivity in industry.
He retired in June 1976.
