Foundation work on the second phase of the housing scheme
is also being carried out and excavation for caisson work is almost
completed.
Three more twin-tower housing blocks, another carpark and
a primary school will be built on this site,
At Ngau Chi Wan Estate, foundation work, including caissons
and piling, is being carried out on the 40-acre site formed on both
sides of Clearwater Bay Road.
Building of the super-structures on this estate will begin
early next year and the two sections of the estate will be linked by
elevated walkways over Clearwater Bay Road.
Fri Shan Estate is being developed on a samller site close
to Choi Hung Estate. Sub-structure work is now at an advanced stage.
The estate comprises three housing blocks and a commercial
centre, together with a carpark, a primary school and other ancilliary
facilities.
