The concept of this type of licensed area germinated three
In 1973, a pilot scheme was put in hand at Ex-Rifle Range
Licensed Area which received acclaim from both local and overseas
Visitors.
Shortly afterwards, the first modernised licensed area was
built at Homantin next to 01 Man Estate.
