Mr. Kenneth Willian CATTON, C.P.M.
Mr. Catton retired in 1973 from the Hong Kong Government as
Chief Treasury Accountant. He is President of the Hong Kong Lawn Tennis
Association and has made an exceptional contribution to the development
of tennis in Hong Kong.

Mrs. Magdalen Catherine CHOW TIU Yuk-chun
Mrs. Chow is the Principal of Grantham College of Education.
She has been engaged in teacher-training for over 20 years and has
done much to improve the quality of teaching in Hong Kong.

The Reverend Father John LIU Sik-kong
For 38 years Father John Liu has voluntarily visited Stanley
Prison as a Prison Visitor. He has always taken an active interest
in the spiritual needs and the welfare of prisoners.

Mr. Sydney James LOCOCK, J.P.
Mr. Lowcock joined the staff of Diocesan Boys' School in
1953 and was appointed Principal in 1961. For many years, he has
played a leading role in the Hong Kong Amateur Athletics Association
and the Hong Kong Schools Sports Association.

Mr. Kenneth Herbert Richard MOK wah-ko
Mr. Mok is an Assistant Principal Crown Counsel in the Lega
Department. He has been Chairman of the Senior Non-Expatriate
Officers' Association for the past five years and a member of the
Senior Civil Service Council since 1969.
