Mr. James David MCGREGOR I.S.0.
Mr. McGregor was appointed Executive Secretery of the Hong Kong
General Chamber of Commerce in 1975. Before that, he had served in the
Department of Commerce and Industry for 18 years and retired as Deputy
Director.

Hr. Richard Arthur Joseph RICHARDSON, C.P.M., C.P.M.
Mr. Richardson joined the Royal Hong Kong Police Force in 1949.
He was appointed Deputy Director of Special Branch in 1967 and Director
in 1972.

Mr. PONG Ding-yuen
Mr. Pong is the proprietor of the Shiu Wing Steel Company. He
has a long and distinguished record of community service.

Mr. Alfredo Jose Maria PRATA
Mr. Prata has served the Hong Kong Government since 1950. He
retired in 1975 and has been re-employed. From 1967 to 1975, ho was the
Chief Treasury Accountant in charge of the Treasury Establishment Brunch.

Mr. Frank TAYLOR
Mr. Taylor transferred to Hong Kong from Fiji in 1959 as a Health
Inspector. He is Senior Superintendent of the Health Inspectorate and has
acted as Assistant Director of the Urban Services Department.

Mr. George Ernest WELSBY
Mr. Welsby is a Superintendent in the Preventive Service of the
Department of Commerce and Industry. He was first appointed to the Service in 1950 and during his career has been in charge of all the units and sul-
divisions of the Preventive Service.
