Mr. Hobley was appointed Crown Counsel in Hong Kong in 1953
and Attorney General in 1973. He is an Ex-officio member of Executive
and Legislative Councils.

Mr. Cheung is a barrister. He has been an Unofficial Member
of Legislative Council since 1970 and of the Executive Council since

The Kadoorie Agricultural Aid Association administered by Mr.
Kadoorie, has assisted the training and rehabilitation of over 2,000
Gurkha soldiers to prepare them for their return to Nepal.

He
has acted as Colonial Secretary and Deputy Colonial Secretary. He was
appointed Hong Kong Commissioner in London in January 1974.

Mr. Price joined the Labour Department in 1965. He became Deputy
Commissioner in 1971 and Commissioner in 1973.
