The Queen spent more time with them than the programe allowed,
chatting with them, before leaving the complex.
Cutside, the Queen was welcomed by an appreciative crowd lining
Fung Mo Street. As she strolled along she stopped at several points to
speak to some of the spectators amidst a forest of waving hands.
Finally she had to go, boarding her car with the Governor for
the drive to Beacon Hill Viewpoint.
