NEW GOVERNMENT QUARTERS
New staff quarters will be built in Kowloon for those government
staff who are eligible for allocation of a flat.
The site of the new quarters is to the east of Broadcast Drive opposite Marconi Road. Work on forming it for building worka is expected
to begin in March.
On completion of this work, in about August this year, a construction
contract will be let for building the superstructura.
The quarters will consist of three blocks and will have a total
of 51 units.
