This paper, he said, is not intended for publication but to
provide a basis for a more co-ordinated approach to future planning.
On this basis, he said, it will be sent to heads of departments
providing rehabilitation services, members of the Social Welfare Planning
Committee and the Hong Kong Council of Social Service.
Ir. Li said he would also pursue further with the Financial Secretary
the proposal that a unit should be formed to study possible projects
that would be of interest to those considering donations for the benefit of
the community so that information and advice can be given quickly.
