PUBLIC COMMENT ON BOARD OF EDUCATION'S REPORT INVITED
A Chinese leaflet containing a summary of the Board of Education's
terms of reference and the Board's main recommendations has been prepared
jointly by the Education Department and the Government Information Services.

hoped that this will encourage public discussion on the Board's proposals
for the expansion of secondary school education in Hong Kong over the
