"If we are sincere in our efforts that we want to clean Hong
Kong of its vice, then we all have a part to play," she said.
Mrs. Symons was convinced that the goal could be achieved by
the joint efforts of the government and the people.
"Let the world note that Hong Kong will try to conquer another
adversary," she said.
