"In view of the special arrangements, parents and guardians are
requested not to apply directly to the Registration of Persons Department
office for the registration of their children," the spokesman said.
For those children who are not attending school, the parents or
guardians should attend with their 11-year-old children at any of the
department's branch office or sub-offices.
Parents or guardians may seek advice, if they are still in doubt,
at any of the Registration of Persons Department offices or call at their
nearest City District offices or New Territories District offices.
