Application forms can be obtained from the Institute for
Social Work Training at 44, Oi Kwan Road, Wanchai and the Hong Kong
Council of Social Service, Anne Black Red Cross Building, Harcourt
Road. The forms should be completed and returned to the Institute
by August 1.
The Institute, which will operate initially under the Social
Welfare Department, is one of the major proposals in the plan for
developing social welfare services in the next five years.
