The guests of honour are Mr. Henry H.L. Hu, Urban Councillor;
Mr. T.H. Barma, City District Officer (Eastern); and Mr. C.J. Cunningham, Divisional Superintendent (Bay View Division). They will distribute prizes after the races.
Large crowds are expected to watch the boat races at the different locations and the Kowloon Canton Railway is putting on extra trains from Tsim Sha Tsui to Tai Po to cope with the influx of people.
