The bill also limits the fees chargeable by an agency to an employer
while the commission chargeable to an employer on successfully obtaining for
him an employee will be a matter of agreement between the employer and the
agency.
Mr. Lao said that every employment agency which considered it might
be in any way subject to the regulations of the bill should approach the
following offices of the Local Employment Service of the Labour Department
for guidance:-
