Mr. Lim Chee-quan
A retired Barrister-at-Law, Mr. Lim was President of the Tenancy
Tribunal for more than twenty years before his retirement in August, 1972.
Mr. Lim received his early education in Hong Kong and obtained his B.A. degree
in law at Cambridge University. He was called to the English Bar (Inner Temple)
in 1924.

Mr. Gilbert Roy Pickett

Mr. Pickett retired from his post as Commissioner of Prisons in
June 1972. He joined the Prisons Department on transfer from Uganda in 1955
as a Superintendent and was appointed Commissioner in 1968. Besides his work
in the Prisons Department, Mr. Pickett had taken an active part in Hong Kong's
youth activities. For two years he was chairman of the youth division of the
Council of Social Service,

Mr. Ho Sai-chu, J.P.
Mr. Ho is the Director of Fook Lee & Co. Ltd. He is at present
Chairman of the Discharged Prisoners' Aid Society. For the past two years,
he has been a member of the Metrication Advisory Committee. He has also served
on the Social Welfare Advisory Committee which advises the Government on social
/welfare
