This is subject to deduction of further costs and fees, and
subject also, of course, to its being possible to sell the remaining
properties at prices not less than the estimated values shown in the
Balance Sheet.
Mr. Hume said that if any creditor does not receive his copy
of the circular letter by December 9, he should apply to the Official
Receiver, Sutherland House, 10th floor, Hong Kong.
