Turning to the Companies Bill and the provision for the translation
of prospectuses, Mr. Lee said that if the investing public were to have
the protection designed for them "they must do their part to read and
understand them (prospectuses) clearly."It was only on their judgment
alone that they should finally rely to make an investment.
