difficult although requests for recruitment have been put in the hands of
agencies in Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom.

"It has therefore been agreed that the Director of Building Development

England next week and see if he can obtain staff on secondment from
the Ministry of the Environment or other U.K. bodies.
"He will at the same time take up the possible employment of Structural
Engineers in the U.K. for processing structural calculations submitted to the
Building Authority and the use of computers for this purpose," he said.
