Mr. Donald Liao, the present Commissioner for Housing, will
retain his present responsibilities until April, 1973, when he will assume a key position in the new conception of housing administration.
It is expected that Mr. Lightbody will shortly cease to be
Commissioner for Resettlement so that he can concentrate on the necessary planning of the new Housing Authority and Department, and that Mr. J.C.C. Walden will temporarily take over the post of Commissioner for Resettlement.
