Statistics released today by the Medical and Health Department for
the week ending on September 16, 1972 are as followe:-

Births

total registered 1,583; 436 on Hong Kong Island, 926
in Kowloon, and 221 in the New Territories.

131 on the Island, 272 in Kowloon
and 13 in the New Territories.
