Applicants are required to appoint licenced plumbers to install
the meters. A list of all licenced plumbers and their addresses is also
available at all City District Offices.
Enquiries can be made at the Waterworks Office in Murray
Building, Garden Road, Hong Kong, and the Waterworks Depot in Argyle
Street Kowloon.
