The contractor for the main Canal Road Flyover across Hennessy Road
and for the main tunnel connections was Messrs. Paul Lee Engineering Co., Ltd.,
and for the extension of the Canal Road Flyover across the Waterfront Road and
for the Bowrington Canal Extension was Messrs. Fook Lee Construction Co. Ltd.
The contractor for the works in Kowloon was Messrs. Paul Y. Construction Co. Ltd.
