The information collected will be handled in the strictest
confidence and will be published only in statistical summaries without
reference to any individual factory or firm.
Because of the size of the industry, a random stratified sampling
method has been adopted to select 450 premises to be covered. An
explanatory letter in English and Chinese, together with the questionnaire
has now been sent to the selected firms.
