The Colonial Secretary, the Hon. Sir Hugh Norman-Walker, leaves

Hong Kong tomorrow (Thursday) for leave in Britain.

During Sir Hugh's absence, Mr. M.D.A. Clinton will act as
Colonial Secretary. Mr. G.P. Lloyd, Defence Secretary, will be Acting
Deputy Colonial Secretary.
