NEW MI TAM GAP TRAINING CENTRE
Becomes Operational Today
The now Tai Tam Gap Training Centre at the junction of Shok O
Road and Cape Collinson Road became operational today.
The centre occupies an area of 165,000 square foot and was built
at a cost of $2.8 million.
It has accommodation for 150 training centre inmates and 40
training centre remands.
The new contro will provide educational and vocational training
similar to other training centros under the control of the Prisons
Department.
