"There is no question of Tai Lam Treatment Centre staff being
involved in the smuggling of drugs," Hr. Garner said.
He emphasised that the persons remanded under the Drug Addiction
Treatment Centres Ordinance are entirely different from inmates undergoing
rehabilitation at the Treatment Centre.
The cases are now being investigated by the Folice.
