Knitted Sweaters To Canada
The Hong Kong Government has, with effect from today (Wednesday)
lifted the quota control on exports of wool and man-made fibre sweaters to
Canada.
Announcing this in a Notice to Exporters Series 4 No. 1/72 issued
today, the Director of Commerce and Industry said the decision was made
following consultations with the Canadian Government.
Trade Associations and companies on the Commerce and Industry
Department's mailing list for Notice to Exporters, Series ↳ (Canada) will
receive copies of the above Notice shortly but interested persons may also
obtain copies from the Department's Textiles Licensing Office, 2nd floor,
Fire Brigade Building, Hong Kong.
