Mr. Michael Alltimes Ringer
Mr. Ringer is a Superintendent of Police. Before he came to Hong

Mr. John Cleveland Wiser
Mr. Wiser is an Assistant Superintendent in the Audiliary Police
which he joined as a Special Constable in 1953. A year later he rose to the
