Mr. Clifford Daniel St. Quentin Fletcher
Mr. Fletcher joined the United Kingdom Police in 1935. In 1960
he came to Hong Kong as a Police Training Officer and was promoted to the
rank of Senior Police Training Officer in 1963. He is a civilian attached
to the Hong Kong Police.

Mr. Samson Sun
Mr. Sum, until recently, was the Chairman of the Tung Wah Group
of Hospitals. He was a Director and Honorary Treasurer of the Junior Chamber
of Commerce in 1962. He was a Director and later a Principal Director of
the Thing Wah Group of Hospitals. In 1963 he became the President of the
Univeristy of Shanghai Alumni Association and the Chairman of the Chinese
Christian University Alumni Association. He was a Member of the Brewin Trust
Fund Committee in 1966, a Member of the Chinese Temples Committee and the
Aberdeen Technical School Executive Committee. At present he is an Executive
Committee Member of the Hong Kong and Kowloon Clock and Watch Trade Merchants
Association.

Mr. Maurice Wong Ping-kin
Mr. Wong is a practising solicitor. He was a Senior Committee Member of the Po Leung Kuk in 1961-2, a Director of the Pok 01 Hospital in
1962-3 and the Chairman of the Hong Kong Juvenile Care Centre in 1964-5.
