Reports unanimous opposition of Unofficial Members and consequent withdrawal of Draft Bill. States that objection is chiefly one of principle and enquires whether Unofficial Members may now be invited to agree to voluntary con- tribution to Imperial Defence, in addition to existing statutory provision.
