262.-Using a forged Document.
Any person who knowing a document to be forged uses or it as if it were genuine, to the possible prejudice of upon any other person, or attempts so to use or act upon it, or causes or attempts to cause any person so to use or act upon it, is liable to be punished as if he had forged that document.
It is immaterial whether the document was forged in A.B. or elsewhere.
Any person without lawful excuse receiving a document which he knows to be forged is guilty of felony.
263.-- Using cancelled or exhausted Documents.
Any person who knowing that any document has been revoked or cancelled by lawful authority, or that the operation of any document is suspended or has ceased by the effluxion of time, or death, or the happening of any other event, uses or acts upon it to the possible prejudice of any other person, as if it were not so revoked or cancelled, or as if its operation were not suspended
or had not so ceased, or attempts so to use or act upon it,
or causes or attempts to cause any person so to use or act upon
it, is liable to be punished as if he had forged that document. -

Any person who demands or procures the delivery or payment of any thing or money to himself or any other person, Cf. 24 & 25 under or by virtue of any probate or letters of administration, V. c. 98, knowing the will, codicil, or testamentary document on which such probate or letters of administration were obtained to be forged, or knowing the probate or letters of administration to have been obtained by any false oath, affirmation or affidavit, or who attempts to do any such thing; is liable to fourteen years' penal servitude.

265.—Preparation for Forgery.
Any person who without lawful authority or excuse, with intent to commit or to facilitate or prepare for the commission of forgery, makes either wholly or in part, or uses, knowingly C. 510, 511 has in his possession, or disposes of— (1), (2), 513. 24 & 25 V. c. 98, nu.

for the purpose of making any such document; or
(4) any machinery, instrument, or material capable of making such paper or material; or
