124.—Publishing or exhibiting obscene Matter.
Any person who knowingly and without justification
(1) publicly sells or exposes for sale or to public view any obscene book, newspaper or other printed or written matter, or any picture, model or other object tending to corrupt public morals; or
(2) publicly exhibits any indecent show,
is guilty of a misdemeanour; and is also guilty of a simple offence.
The sale, exposition, or exhibition referred to in this section is justified if it is for the public good, in the manner and circumstances and to the extent in and to which it took place. Whether there is any evidence of this justification is a question of law.
125.--Indecent Acts.
Any person who does any indecent act in, or in the sight of, any place to which the public have, or are allowed to have, access, is guilty of a misdemeanour and aleo of a simple offence; and any person who does any indecent act with intent to insult or offend any person is guilty of a simple
offence.

CHAPTER XI.-OFFENCES Against Morality.
119.-Unnatural carnal Knowledge.
Any person who commits buggery with a human being or A. 149 any other living creature is liable to fourteen years penal B. 14

This offence is complete upon penetration.

121.-Indecent Practices between Males.

Any male person who in public or private commits any act C. 211. of gross indecency with another male person, or is a party to, 48 & 49 V. or procures or attempts to procure, the commission by any male person of any such act, with himself or another person, whether in public or private, is guilty of a misdemeanour.
122.-Householder permitting Defilement of Girl on his
Premises.
Any person who, being the owner or occupier of any C. 213. premises, or acting or assisting in the management thereof, 48 & 49 V. induces or knowingly permits any girl of such age as is in this c. 69, 5. 6. section mentioned, to resort to or be in or upon such premises for the purpose of being unlawfully and carnally known by any
man, whether a particular man or not, shall
(1) if such girl is below the age of twelve be liable to
penal servitude for life and flogging; and
(2) if such girl is of or above the age of twelve and below the age of fourteen be guilty of a misdemeanour : provided that it is a defence to any charge under this section that the person charged believed on reasonable grounds, that the girl was over the age of fourteen.
Any person who
123.-Procuration.
(1) procures, or attempts to procure, a woman or girl under twenty-one years of age, not being a common prostitute or of known immoral character, to have unlawful carnal connection, either within or without A.B., with any person or persons; or
(2) procures, or attempts to procure, any woman or girl to become either within or without A.B., a common prostitute; or
(3) procures, or attempts to procure, any woman or girl to leave A.B., with intent that she may become an inmate of a brothel elsewhere; or
(4) procures, or attempts to procure, any woman or girl to leave her usual place of abode in A.B., such place not being a brothel, with intent that she may, for the
purposes
of prostitution, become an inmate of a brothel within or without A.B.;
is guilty of a misdemeanour.
