Although the monthly wages entered upon formal deode of contract show no change in rates, it is understood that the practice has for considera rate of mages recorded in the poolies arranging with the coolies on arrival at scene of their work to substitute the system of " payment by results" in lieu of monthly wages. In this case the rate of monthly wages i contract agreement is misleading and is no guide,
