Wrongfully, unlawfully, and vio- lently assaulting Ida Back or Beak, with intent to ravish and carnally know her, she, the sid Ida Back or Beak, being then and there a child of tender years and under the age of consent, to wit, a child under the age of 12 years. Stealing one leather purse contain- ing one pound in gold and four shillings in silver, the property of Tsimanyana of Kunwana. Stealing 27 lbs. of mealies and one havresack, the property of the Bechuanaland Protectorate Government. Stealing about 40 2 lb. tins of con- densed milk from a case, which was on a stranded wagon, in the lawful custody of H. Boyne, and
valued at 58. a tin.
