The seventh meeting of the Colonial Medical Services Committee was held at the Colonial Office on Monday the 12th of January.
Dr. Carpenter of Uganda was unable to attend and the Committee devoted the first part of the meeting to an informal discussion upon a memorandum which had been

Dr. J. H. Conyers, late Surgeon-General, British Guiana, attended and gave evidence.
The Committee then adjourned.

Minutes of Eighth Meeting.

The eighth meeting of the Committee was held on Monday the 19th of January at the Colonial Office.
Sir W. Egerton was absent owing to illness and the chair was taken by Sir J. K. Fowler.
Dr. E. E. Maples, Southern Nigeria, attended and gave evidence as regards the Medical Service in Nigeria.
The Committee adjourned until Monday the 26th of January at 3.30 p.m.
The Secretary was instructed to write to the British Medical Association with a view to securing the attendance of their representatives on the 23rd February at the latest.
The Committee adjourned.

9.2.20.
The eleventh meeting of the Colonial Medical Services Committee was held at the Colonial Office on Monday the 9th of February at 3 p.m.
The minutes of the previous meeting were confirmed. Lieut.-Colonel A. Balfour, C.M.G., Director of the Wellcome Research Institute and Mr. E. R. Darnley of the Colonial Office gave evidence.
The Secretary was instructed to write to the British Medical Association appointing 3.30 p.m. on the 23rd of February for receiving their evidence.
The Committee agreed to invite evidence from Dr. Prichard of the East Africa Protectorate and from Sir Ronald Ross.
The Committee then adjourned.

The ninth meeting of the Committee was held at the Colonial Office on Monday the 26th of January.
All the members were present. Lieutenant-Colonel W. T. Prout, C.M.G., Medical Adviser in London and late Principal Medical Officer of Sierra Leone attended and gave evidence.
Minutes of Twelfth Meeting.
The twelfth meeting of the Colonial Medical Services Committee was held on Monday, the 16th February.
The minutes of the previous meeting were confirmed.
Dr. O. Prichard, East Africa Protectorate Medical Service, gave evidence.
Dr. H. H. Stewart, West African Medical Staff (Nigeria), also gave evidence.
As time did not allow of Dr. Stewart completing his evidence and full examination
by the Committee, it was decided that he should be invited to attend again on Monday, the 1st of March, and resume his examination.
