States, with reference to the sale of real property of enemy firms, that the instructions to the British West African Colonies and Protectorates were given on the recommendation in the report of the Interdepart mental Committee; points out that the Committee did not recommend that liquidations should extend to the private estates of individual partners of liquidated firms.

Submits objections to the cancella- tion of the registration of trade marks in Nigeria or the avoidance or suspension of the marks in favour of British firms, and suggests legis- lation vesting all enemy trade marks in the Crown or in some public official.
