2. I have the honour to invite your reference to my despatch No. 184 of the 20th April, 1914, in which I reported the grant of £100 as a contribution towards this Fund in respect of the year 1914-1915, and to inform you that each year, as here- tofore, the Legislative Council will be asked to vete a similar sum on the Estimates.
