Forwards a copy of a despatch from His Majesty's Agent and Consul- General at Cairo expressing the opinion that, in view of the measures already taken, there is no sufficient ground for approaching the Egyptian Government regarding the proposed expedition to Egypt to study bilharzi- asis; and agrees with this opinion.
