(2) Larvicide.—Whether it is advisable to start making larvicide on the same lines as in Panama is a matter which will require consideration, but trials of small quantities might be made.
(y) Proper refuse cans would be a great improvement on the open calabashes, &c., now used, and carried about, and it will be a great advance when every householder has to provide a proper receptacle for the collection and carrying away of his household refuse.
(2) A steam pressure disinfector should be obtained. This, however, if proper arrangements are made for using the Clayton apparatus, is not a matter of urgency.
NOTE.-Whatever regulations may be issued in the future suitable, their enforcement should be made as simple a matter as possible.
