Reports that the Legislative Council have passed a vote continuing the annual contribution to the Tropical Diseases Research Fund of £100 for five years; encloses copy of observa- tions by the Principal Medical Officer,
Acknowledges the receipt of his despatch reporting that the sum of £100 was voted by the Legislature as a con- tribution to the Tropical Diseases Research Fund, and states that the Crown Agents have been informed accordingly.
Approves of their paying from Fiji funds to the Tropical Diseases Re- search Fund the sum of £200 in respect of the years 1909 and 1910, and requests that in future, if the Colonial Government do not regularly instruct the transfer of their annual contribution of £100, the Secretary of State's attention may be drawn to the matter.
